3 years ago this week we began rehearsals for Girl from the North Country by the brilliant ConorMcPherson. Here is a video I found from a special day in Abbey Road Studios. I mastered my last two albums there with the fantastic Geoff Pesch. It was a real dream to record there in Studio 1 in ‘Ringo’s Corner’ singing “Sweetheart Like You” by Bob Dylan.
This was the making of the original soundtrack... it’s totally raw and I pull some serious drummer faces 😂. I have made dear friends for life through this production and it was a great honour to record Dylan’s magical music.
