Thanks to Gerry! We had a lovely visit to promote the Oh Yeah Centre's 5th Birthday celebration in Belfast and played "Make a Move" from the new album.

Hey Everyone! Welcome to my brand spanking new website! My brother Paul made it for me… he's pretty cool eh! Well, it's a week to go before I release the new album. It's called "BRONAGH GALLAGHER" – it's not that I couldn't think of a title – it really is just that this time I'm telling it from the heart…. like I'm letting folk read my diary or a kind of musical autobiography. It encompasses a lot of my life and people close to me over the last 8 years since the first album. So I guess a declaration so to speak of what I have lived… I love Life x

I'm deeply honoured to have made this record with the musicians I have worked with, and so proud and excited by the music we have made on this record. I have to say it was a very, very happy experience and we are all so looking forward to the Irish gigs coming up!!!

On the eve of my own tour, I'm also gonna perform at "The Great Northern Songbook Concert", next Tuesday 22nd May (very excited about this). The event is being held in Belfast, at the Ulster Hall, with the Ulster Orchestra to celebrate the 150th birthday of the Ulster Hall. I get to sing "Mexico" from the new album and the fabulous 65 piece Ulster Orchestra will play a classical arrangement of my song! I get to sing another secret one too!

So on Wednesday morning I'll be heading to Dublin to meet the band and we are hitting the road! We enjoy playing the shows so much and we hope you will all join in the love in the room.

I have been choc-a-block getting all the details ready to for the tour – the schedule is complete, the flights and hotels are booked, dresses and suits are being dry cleaned, the records are beautiful… all we need now is YOU!!!!

So get your golden tickets and we will see you down the yellow brick road in the next two weeks!!!
